Tongue and Groove Cedar sealed with boiled linseed oil
I have tongue and groove cedar siding sealed with two coats of boiled linseed oil two years ago. Cedar is under eave and siding on house under eave and some accents below windows not protected by eaves. There is beginning to be some mold growing specifically on areas not covered by eaves. What is the best product to clean, brighten and reseal. Wanting to retain natural color not darken or add any red tone. Obviously I need/want it to not darken or gray quickly and don't mind having to reapply every few years. Just looking to find the right product to keep it looking good.
You need to strip and brighten to remove the linseed oil. Use the Restore A Deck Stripper/Brightener Kits. Stain Armstrong Clark: https://www.deckstainhelp.com/tag/armstrong-clark-deck-stains/
