Deck stain application methods?
The most popular deck stain application methods are brushes, stain pads, rollers, floor brushes, and pump sprayers. The more control you have over the deck stain the more evenly it can be applied. Floor brushes or deck stain pads make it easier to work semi-transparent penetrating deck stains into the grain of the wood for better protection and appearance. Rollers or pump sprayers may be more appropriate based on your needs and abilities.
