How long do I need to wait before staining a new cedar fence? (treated framework)

Thanks for the video and for the informative website. I have just installed a new cedar fence, do I need to go through the same prep steps ? It is a few weeks old. I was thinking of just dusting the planks off with a heavy brush. Also which TWP product is most appropriate ? It is a very long fence and I would like to avoid ever having to strip the prior treatment before retreatment. Finally, I have seen several posts in other sites that recommend boiled linseed oil and teak oil. Thoughts ? Thanks very much !
