Penofin Hardwood Wood Stain Review 2026 Penofin Hardwood stain is a Brazilian Rosewood Oil-based formula specifically designed to penetrate dense exotic hardwoods like IPE, teak, and mahogany. After testing it on a 300-square-foot IPE deck over one year, my verdict is honest: Penofin produces one of the most beautiful initial finishes I have seen on IPE — rich, natural, and deeply penetrating.
